Contingency Fee Arrangements

Fees for legal services are typically on either a "per hour", flat fee, or a contingency fee basis. Michael A. Lamson has provided legal service on Personal Injury cases on a contingency fee basis for over 30 years.

A contingency fee is not paid by the client directly, but comes from the proceeds realized at the end of the case. Naturally this requires a case where money is due to be recovered by the client.
